Elastofibroma dorsi.

We present our experience on 6 patients (4 females, 2 males) with elastofibroma dorsi. The diagnosis was based on imaging studies along with clinical examination. Surgery was decided due to the symptomatic nature of the tumors along with the consent and willingness of the patients.

Verrucous carcinoma of the skin: case report with literature review.

We present a case of verrucous carcinoma of the axilla with multiple recurrences and we review the literature with regard to the optimal therapeutic approach for this rare entity.

Malignant paraganglioma of the abdomen.

We present a case of non-functioning malignant paraganglioma of the abdomen with cervical lymph node metastases. At laparotomy the tumor was considered unresectable. The patient received palliative radiation therapy and died 3 months later from disseminated disease.

Gastrointestinal tract metastasis as first presentation of breast cancer.

Gastrointestinal metastases of breast cancer are a rare occurrence. It is even rarer to be the first manifestation of an unknown breast cancer. We present 2 cases of metastatic breast cancer of the lobular type to the stomach and large bowel in 2 women, initially considered as primary disease.

Abdominal metastases from lung cancer resulting in small bowel perforation: report of three cases.

Metastatic lung cancer to the small bowel is a rare occurrence. Acute complications such as perforation, hemorrhage and obstruction are even rarer. We present 3 cases of small bowel perforation from metastatic lung cancer.

Rupture of totally implantable central venous access devices (Intraports) in patients with cancer: report of four cases.

Background: Totally implantable central venous access devices (intraports) are commonly used in cancer patients to administer chemotherapy or parenteral nutrition. Rupture of intraport is a rare complication.

Patients And Methods: During 3 years period, a total of 245 intraports were placed in cancer patients for chemotherapy.
