Penile fracture with urethral injury: A case report.

Penile fracture is a urological emergency. Primarily it is a tear of penile tunica albuginea when the penis is erect. We report a case of 37 years old man who complained of acute pain and rapid detumescence after hearing a cracking sound during sexual intercourse.
