Liposomal Form of 2,4-Dinitrophenol Lipophilic Derivatives as a Promising Therapeutic Agent for ATP Synthesis Inhibition.

Mitochondrial uncoupler 2,4-dinitrophenol (2,4-DNP) is a promising antidiabetic and antiobesity agent. Its clinical use is limited by a narrow dynamic range and accumulation in non-target sensitive organs, which results in whole-body toxicity. A liposomal formulation could enable the mentioned drawbacks to be overcome and simplify the liver-targeted delivery and sustained release of 2,4-DNP.

[An associations of possible genetic risk markers for Internet addiction with childhood trauma experience and personality traits in young adults : preliminary results].

Objective: To study was to test an associations of the preliminary genetic risk markers for Internet addiction (IA) with clinical, psychological and personality characteristics, taking into account the childhood traumatic experience, in 44 IA persons compared with 120 healthy individuals.

Objective: To explore the relationship between the indicators of quality of life (QOL) and social functioning (SF) of patients with schizophrenia with clinical and socio-demographic characteristics, indicators of cognitive functions and the severity of disease symptoms, using mathematical modeling methods.

Material And Methods: The sample consisted of 300 patients with paranoid schizophrenia (aged 18-50 years, disease duration at least 5 years; total PANSS score <120). Clinical-psychopathological, psychometric and mathematical methods were used.
