Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with healthcare practitioners, including consultant psychiatrists, general practitioners, clinical psychologists, psychotherapists, clinical nurse specialists and social workers. Purposeful sampling was used to recruit participants in the Republic of Ireland ensuring diverse perspectives of healthcare practitioners were included.
While data show improvement in terms of educational access, dropout rates are significant in many countries. In Spain, 28% of students drop out of school without finishing secondary school, more than double the EU average. Thus, extensive research has shown the consequences of the dropout phenomenon, including negative effects on employment, welfare dependency, as well as health and emotional problems.

Materials And Methods: Human primary cultures of periodontal ligament stem cells (hPDLSCs) were isolated, and their stemness nature was evaluated. Three types of triple-layered composite constructs were generated, composed solely of hPDLSCs or combined with human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), either as a sandwiched endothelial layer or as coculture sheets of both cell phenotypes.

Objectives: The authors evaluated eGFR dynamics using the 2009 Chronic Kidney Disease Epidemiology Collaboration equation and its prognostic significance in a real-world cohort over a 15-year follow-up.
Methods: A prospective observational registry of ambulatory heart failure outpatients was conducted, with regular eGFR assessments at baseline and on a 3-month schedule for ≤15 years.
