Purpose: Vision-related disorders, such as refractive errors and binocular vision issues, can cause headaches. The current study evaluates the impact of Neurolens (NL) on individuals with headaches, assessed using the Headache Impact Test (HIT) questionnaire.

Methods: Subjects (18-60 years) with good stereoacuity and a HIT score of ≥56 points were enrolled.

Introduction: In this article we present the extraction of a Micra from a human cadaver implanted 3 years previously with both visual and X-ray imaging taken during the removal.

Methods: A Micra pacemaker was extracted from a human cadaver with endoscopy and fluoroscopy using a Micra delivery tool. Histological analysis was performed on slices from the tissue surrounding the Micra.

The current study addresses the need to empirically develop effective mental health interventions for youth from ethnic/racial minority and low-income neighborhoods. Using Stage Model evaluation methods supported by the National Institutes of Health in the US to address underutilization of mental healthcare among racial/ethnic minority youth, this feasibility study demonstrates empirical adaptation of an innovative sport-specific psychological intervention for use in youth from ethnic/racial minority and low-income neighborhoods. An international group of professionals familiar with sport performance and mental health intervention serving the target population experientially examined the adapted intervention protocols in workshops and provided feedback.
