Background: Fusarium wilt is a devastating soil-borne fungal disease of tomato across the world. Conventional method of disease prevention including usage of common pesticides and methods like soil solarisation are usually ineffective in the treatment of this disease. Therefore, there is an urgent need to identify virulence related genes in the pathogen which can be targeted for fungicide development.

Objective: Here, Bronco T (BT), a polyherbal formulation developed in 1984 for treating asthma, has been repurposed against septicemia-induced ALI.
Materials And Methods: Lipopolysaccharides (3 mg/kg BW) were injected intraperitoneally before 24 hours of surgery to assess the cardiorespiratory parameters, blood PaO2/FiO2 and MPO, pulmonary water content and histological changes in the lungs. The pentoxifylline (PTX) (25 mg/kg BW) was used as the positive control and given one hour before LPS.
The use of natural products has been increasing at a rapid pace, worldwide, with the aim to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to modify one's dietary habits. Ayurveda is a domain that has numerous wealth of information concerning medicinal plants and its part in controlling numerous ailments, such as neoplastic, cardiovascular, neurological plus immunological ailments. The use of such medicinal plants is important for preventing such diseases, especially "cancer" which is the succeeding foremost cause of mortality collectively.

Medulloblastoma witness 30% relapse rate which is universally fatal among children. Although the treatment of primary medulloblastoma is well established including surgical excision, postsurgical irradiation, and, more recently, chemotherapy, there is no established treatment for its recurrence.

Materials And Methods: The PubMed database was searched to retrieve studies published from 2000 to 2020, satisfying the inclusion criteria. The search keywords were: SARS-CoV, SARS-CoV-2, coronavirus, lipid raft, endocytosis, hydroxytyrosol, cyclodextrin.
The genomic reshuffling, mutagenicity, and high transmission rate of the SARS-CoV-2 pathogen highlights an urgent need for effective antiviral interventions for COVID-19 control. Targeting the highly conserved viral genes and/or gene-encoded viral proteins such as main proteinase (M), RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) and helicases are plausible antiviral approaches to prevent replication and propagation of the SARS-CoV-2 infection. Coronaviruses (CoVs) are prone to extensive mutagenesis; however, any genetic alteration to its highly conserved M enzyme is often detrimental to the viral pathogen.

Under generalized progressive hybrid censoring, existence and uniqueness of maximum likelihood estimators of model parameters are established. The confidence intervals are obtained by using asymptotic distribution theory.

An amalgamation of various strains of PGPR has improved the efficacy by enhancing the systemic resistance opposed to various pathogens affecting the crop. Many PGPR used with seed treatment causes structural improvement of the cell wall and physiological/biochemical changes leading to the synthesis of proteins, peptides, and chemicals occupied in plant defense mechanisms.

When latent strength and stress random variables follow a bathtub-shaped distribution and the failure times are Type-II censored, the maximum likelihood estimate of the multicomponent stress-strength reliability (MSR) is established when there are common strength and stress parameters. Approximate confidence interval is also constructed by using the asymptotic distribution theory and delta method.
