Globally, human displacement is at a record high. According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, 110 million people have been forcibly displaced worldwide owing to persecution, mass conflict, or human rights violations. Conflicts continue to rage in different parts of the world such as Ukraine, Palestine, Sudan, and Tigray.

Methods: In this phase IV, retrospective, proof of concept, single center study, SS-OCT data from 17 previously treated nARMD eyes was used to assess retinal layer thicknesses, as well as quantify intraretinal fluid (IRF), subretinal fluid (SRF), and serous pigment epithelium detachments (PEDs) using a novel deep learning-based, macular fluid segmentation algorithm. Baseline OCT and OCT-A morphological features and fluid measurements were correlated using the Pearson correlation coefficient (PCC) to changes in BCVA from baseline to week 52.
Objective: To identify, appraise, and synthesise the evidence for video-modelling interventions for individuals with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Method: We searched four electronic databases. Two independent researchers screened abstracts and methodologically assessed data using the Kmet appraisal checklist.
Purpose: To describe the feasibility of peripheral OCT imaging in retinal diseases using a novel full-field device.
Methods: A total of 134 consecutive eyes were referred and imaged on the Optos Silverstone swept-source OCT (SS-OCT) (Optos PLC; Dunfermline, UK). Scanning laser ophthalmoscope (SLO) images and the associated SS-OCT images were obtained in the posterior pole, mid-periphery or far periphery based on the nature of the referral and on new areas of interest observed in the optomap images at the time of imaging.
Purpose: To Utilize OCT-A to measure the change in size (mm) and density (flow index) of choroidal neovascular membranes (CNVMs) from baseline to week 52 of treatment-naïve wet age-related macular degeneration (wARMD) patients receiving intravitreal aflibercept injections (IAI).
Methods: Patients were treated with IAI at baseline, month 1 and month 2 and then every other month for a total of 12 months. Along with clinical examination and best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), OCT-A 6- and 3-mm scans were acquired at every visit between May 2017 and January 2019.
Introduction: Conceptualisation of occupation requires understanding of subjective wellbeing and experiences of occupation. Opportunities for participation in productivity activities, such as employment, may be limited for people with intellectual disability (ID). An occupational wellbeing framework was recently re-imagined to focus on the subjective meaning of a person's occupational life rather than occupational performance.

The medical charts and digital optic disc photos of children with confirmed diagnosis of idiopathic intracranial hypertension were reviewed retrospectively. The optic disc area, cup area, and cup-to-disc ratio were measured digitally using VISUPAC software, and the mean values of those parameters were compared to the published norms.

This research aimed to examine the change in AMPS performance in patients discharged from a neurosurgical rehabilitation ward to a home-based therapy programme over a four-week time frame.
Methods: A total of 15 individuals with acquired brain injury who were participating in rehabilitation were recruited to the study.
The Authors explain a case of intestinal obstruction due to a gossypiboma. They stress the great importance of the prevention in surgical operations (count of surgical towels, exploration of the surgical site) and the role of the differential diagnosis.

The finding into two years after the primary intervention, during the ordinary follow-up, of an insulated metastasis in the 3rd hepatic segment in a patient operated for breast carcinoma, and the following surgical treatment of the metastasis, have suggested us to draft this note. The finding of a single metastasis in the liver in patients operated for breast carcinoma imposes a revaluation of the stage of sickness to highlight the contemporary presence of subsequent distance metastatic location; the negativity of the instrumental investigations performed has triggered the question about the type of therapeutic treatment to do to the patient.

Pointing out anatomic characteristics of the area involved together with the physiopathology and etiology of the formation that fill the space of the inner popliteal hamstrings, in agreement with the observations reported in literature, and intervene in determining a great number of venous blockage observed in the leg. In conclusion, they observe how a correct clinical-anamnestic approach is important in the diagnosis and consequent prompt and aimed therapy, and how this approach should use the modern instruments available today for a definite diagnosis in the presence of a syndrome of venous stasis of the lower limbs.

The development of mechanical devices has allowed surgeons to perform sphincter-saving in patients with medium-lower tumors of the rectum. In this experience abdominoperineal amputation was performed in cases of distal rectal tumors, local transanal excision was performed in 6 cases.

Based on a report of the authors' personal experience, the paper focuses on the mechanisms of onset and, above all, on the most appropriate forms of treatment, before continuing to describe the different surgical reparative techniques. In conclusion, the authors affirm that an optimal tailoring of the enterostomy and its appropriate preparation represent the ideal method of preventing the onset of prolapse.

A total of 161 schoolchildren, 8 to 10 years old, were presented with audiovisual information containing positive and negative details about 2 target children. Each presentation was preceded by happy or sad mood manipulations.
