This paper proposes a methodology for sentiment analysis with emphasis on the emotional aspects of people visiting the Herculaneum Archaeological Park in Italy during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. The methodology provides a valuable means of continuous feedback on perceived risk of the site. A semantic analysis on Twitter text messages provided input to the risk management team with which they could respond immediately mitigating any apparent risk and reducing the perceived risk.

Approach to the management of COVID-19 patients: When home care can represent the best practice.

Wellens' Syndrome from COVID-19 Infection Assessed by Enhanced Transthoracic Coronary Echo Doppler: A Case Report.

Wellens' syndrome (WS) is a preinfarction state caused by a sub-occlusion of the proximal left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD). In this case report, for the first time, we describe how this syndrome can be caused by COVID-19 infection and, most importantly, that it can be assessed bedside by enhanced transthoracic coronary echo Doppler (E-Doppler TTE). This seasoned technique allows blood flow Doppler to be recorded in the coronaries and at the stenosis site but has never been tested in an acute setting.

Health-Nutrients and Origin Awareness: Implications for Regional Wine Market-Segmentation Strategies Using a Latent Analysis.

A healthy-nutrient wine has been recently developed by Apulian wineries (southern Italy), using autochthonous wine grapes cultivars, selected strains and specific processes of production. As such, this research elicits Italian wine consumers' preferences towards this innovative Apulian wine with regard to additional labelling information associated with health-nutrients and the origin of grapes on the bottle of wine. For this purpose, a social survey based on the choice experiment approach is considered.

The epidemiology and management of ameloblastomas: A European multicenter study.

The present study aimed at assessing the epidemiology including demographic variables, diagnostic features, and management of ameloblastomas at several European departments of maxillofacial and oral surgery. The following data were recorded for each patient: gender, age, voluptuary habits, comorbidities, site, size, radiographic features, type, histopathological features, kind of treatment, length of hospital stay, complications, recurrence, management and complications of the recurrence. A total of 244 patients, 134 males and 110 females with ameloblastomas were included in the study.

The use of mandibular advancement devices in adult patients affected by obstructive sleep apnea syndrome: our experience with Thornton Adjustable Positioner® splint.

Background: Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is a sleep-related disorder resulting in apneic and hypopneic episodes during sleep. The purpose of this article was to present and discuss our experience with the Thornton Adjustable Positioner (TAP) Splint (Scheu-Dental GmbH, Iserlohn, Germany; Orthosystem, Milan, Italy) in a consecutive series of patients affected by OSAS.

Methods: The data of all patients affected by OSAS and with indication to oral appliance (OA) treatment at the Department of Dentistry of the Hospital of Vercelli between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2019, were collected.

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-threatening recessive genetic disease caused by mutations in the gene encoding for the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR). With the discovery of Ivacaftor and Lumacaftor, it has been shown that administration of one or more small molecules can partially restore the CFTR function. Correctors are small molecules that enhance the amount of CFTR on the cell surface, while potentiators improve the gating function of the CFTR channel.

A critical evaluation of the use of ozone and its derivatives in dentistry.

Objective: The therapeutic application of ozone and its derivatives in the dental field has been used for many purposes. However, there has yet to be a consistent evaluation of the outcomes, due to the lack of standardization of the treatment operating procedures.

Materials And Methods: The keywords "ozone", "ozonated", "ozonation" "ozonized", "ozonization", "dentistry", "periodontology", "oral surgery", "oxygen-ozone therapy" were used to perform a literature review using PubMed, Cochrane, Google Scholar, Zotero databases with the temporal restriction for manuscripts published between 2010 and 2020.

Ozone (O) is a short-lived molecule which can be produced in a controlled reaction when oxygen is exposed to electric discharge. In the last few decades, many publications dealing both with animals and humans reported beneficial effects of ozone administration linked to its immunomodulatory and protective role against cellular damage. This is the first work which brings insight into how ozone influences cells of neural lineage in vitro and hypothesizes the potential molecular and novel electromagnetic mechanisms behind its action.

Development of a Novel Medical Device for Mucositis and Peri-Implantitis Treatment.

In spite of all the developments in dental implantology techniques, peri-implant diseases are frequent (prevalence up to 80% and 56% of subjects for mucositis and peri-implantitis, respectively) and there is an urgency for an effective treatment strategy. This paper presents an innovative electromedical device for the electromagnetic treatment of mucositis and peri-implantitis diseases. This device is also equipped with a measurement part for bioimpedance, which reflects the health conditions of a tissue, thus allowing clinicians to objectively detect impaired areas and to monitor the severity of the disease, evaluate the treatment efficacy, and adjust it accordingly.

Bioimpedancemetry for the assessment of periodontal tissue inflammation: a numerical feasibility study.

In dentistry possible inflammatory episodes of oral cavity can be very frequent (periodontitis, mucositis, peri-implantitis) and they can have serious consequences. Indeed, peri-implantitis is still the principal cause of implant failure. Impedance values of biological tissues are related to the physiological/pathological state of the tissue itself.

An innovative therapy for peri-implantitis based on radio frequency electric current: numerical simulation results and clinical evidence.

Peri-implantitis is a severe inflammatory pathology that affects soit and hard tissues surrounding dental implants. Nowadays, only prevention is effective to contrast peri-implantitis, but, in recent years, there is the clinical evidence of the efficiency of a therapy based on the application of radio frequency electric current, reporting that 81% of the cases (66 implants, 46 patients) were successfully treated. The aim of this paper is to present the therapy mechanism, exploring the distribution of the electric currents in normal and pathologic tissues.

Bioimpedance measurements in dentistry to detect inflammation: numerical modelling and experimental results.

Unlabelled: Bioimpedance measurements represent an advantageous method to evaluate the physio-pathological conditions of biological tissues and their use is spreading in different application fields, from the evaluation of body composition to the vital signs monitoring, passing through the individuation of cancer tissues and the detection of different substances (e.g. glucose measurements in people affected by diabetes).
