The tibia is the most commonly fractured long bone. Tibia fractures are simple, and most are amenable to immediate closed reduction. Reported cases of irreducibility resulting from entrapment of soft-tissue structures are rare.

The Internet has become a major source for obtaining health-related information. This study assesses and compares the quality of information available online for shoulder replacement using medical (total shoulder arthroplasty [TSA]) and nontechnical (shoulder replacement [SR]) terminology. Three evaluators reviewed 90 websites for each search term across 3 search engines (Google, Yahoo, and Bing).
