Incidence of Helicobacter Pylori Infections and Therapy for Anastomotic ulcers and Residual Gastritis in Patients with Residual Stomachs.

Seventy-seven patients with the vestibular portion of their stomachs resected (residual stomach) due to ulcers or stomach cancers were included in this study. Fifty-five (71.4%) of these patients had Helicobacter pylori infections.
