A 75-year-old woman presented with edema of the left leg in December 2012. On examination, there was a palpable 5-cm tumor in the left lower abdomen, and PET/CT showed lymphadenopathy of the tracheal, para-aortic, left iliac and inguinal regions with increased FDG uptake. We performed histopathological examination of the iliac lymph node and diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), stage IIIA.
