[A case of solitary bone metastasis of testicular seminoma 6 years post orchiectomy].

A 40-year-old man visited our hospital in August, 2007 with the complaint of gait disturbance. Six years ago he had had right high orchiectomy for treatment of stage I seminoma at another hospital. The magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination showed a small tumor and compression fracture in the eighth thoracic vertebrae.
