Mycophenolate mofetil is effective for the treatment of pediatric idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (INS). The dosage of mycophenolate mofetil is adjusted according to the serum concentration of mycophenolic acid (MPA). Kidney function or cyclosporine (CsA) concentrations affect serum MPA levels.
