Nickel-catalyzed intermolecular carboiodination of alkynes with aryl iodides to form highly substituted and functionalized alkenyl iodides has been developed. The reaction involves radical-mediated formal alkyne insertion into the carbon-nickel bond and carbon-iodine reductive elimination facilitated by Ni(iii) species.

Purpose: This study aimed to clarify the effects of B-TACE in patients with HCC, with a focus on which drug is suitable to suspend in Lipiodol for B-TACE.
We report the case of a 75-year-old woman who was found to have hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in 1987. Before treatment in 2016, she was found to have mixed cryoglobulinemia (MC). Direct-acting antiviral (DAA) treatment produced a sustained virological response 12 (SVR12).
