This research aims to evaluate the phenolic composition, antioxidant and enzyme inhibition activities of fermented Rubus chingii Hu wine, and explore the correlation between them. TPC (Total Phenolic content) and TFC (Total Flavonoid content) increased rapidly from 0 h to 72 h, followed by a slight decrease in TPC and a significant decrease in TFC. Fermentation could significantly increase the antioxidant activity and α-amylase/α-glucosidase enzyme inhibitory activity of Rubus chingii Hu.

In this work, a feasibility study was proposed to simultaneously predict the authenticity identification and taste-related indicators of Lushan Yunwu tea, using near-infrared spectroscopy combined with multivariate analysis. Different waveband selections and spectral pre-processing methods were compared during the discriminant analysis (DA) and partial least squares (PLS) model-building process.

The results showed that pretreatment with PSG-1 could prevent AA-induced damage to liver and kidney functions by increasing the activities of ALT, AST and ALP and the levels of TG, BUN and CR in the serum of AA-treated rats. PSG-1 could also maintain the intestinal barrier function and permeability by preventing the reduction of the serum d-Lac and ET-1 levels in the intestine of AA-treated rats.
