- Three cases of ILC with colonic metastasis are presented: an elderly patient receiving best supportive care who died 4 months post-diagnosis, another undergoing bypass surgery with a 1-year survival following complications, and a third patient with a delayed diagnosis who ultimately developed severe complications leading to an abscess.
