Infective Endocarditis Revealed after Resolution of COVID-19 Infection.

A 34-year-old previously healthy Japanese woman was diagnosed with COVID-19 and treated with remdesivir and dexamethasone. She was discharge but returned the next day due to acute myocardial infarction. Conservative treatment was selected because of an embolic occlusion in the distal portion.
