Introduction: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) has a poor 5-year survival rate. PDAC surveillance is recommended in high-risk individuals (HRIs) with strong PDAC family history or a pathogenic germline variant (PGV) in a PDAC susceptibility gene. We aimed to explore a potential correlation between genetic status, extent of family history, pancreatic findings, and surveillance implications in heterogeneous PDAC HRIs.

The goal of this study was to determine the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccine in patients with CLL. We evaluated humoral immune responses to the BNT162b2 messenger RNA (mRNA) COVID-19 vaccine in patients with CLL and compared responses with those obtained in age-matched healthy control subjects.

Background: Plantar heel pain syndrome (PHPS) is a common foot disorder; however, there is limited clinical evidence on which to base treatment. Repeated clinical observations indicating heel pain during heel rise and minisquat on the affected leg, involving activation of posterior calf muscles, formed the basis of this study.

Objective: To compare deep massage therapy to posterior calf muscles and neural mobilization with a self-stretch exercise program (DMS) to a common treatment protocol of ultrasound therapy to the painful heel area with the same self-stretch exercises (USS).
