[Asymptomatic left ventricular myxoma located on the chordae tendinae - a case report].

A rare case of left ventricular myxoma in a 55-year-old woman, located on the chordae tendinae of posteromedial papillary muscle, is presented. The tumor was visualised by the transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography examination. The woman was selected for surgery.

[Acute coronary syndrome in the form of variant angina pectoris while performing stress echocardiography].

A case of a 57-year-old female who underwent dobutamine stress echocardiography is presented. During the test, acute ischaemia with contractile abnormalities and profound hypotension occurred. Coronary angiography showed no abnormalities and coronary spasm was suspected as a possible cause of symptoms.
