Background: For autistic youth and young adults, deciding whether to disclose their autism at work may be complex since they are newly entering the workforce and are at an impressionable developmental period. Decision-aid tools can help someone make a choice regarding a topic/situation. We developed a workplace autism disclosure decision-aid tool called DISCLOSURE (Do I Start the Conversation and Let On, Speak Up, and REveal?) to support autistic youth and young adults navigate disclosure decision-making.

Exploring the lived experiences of ethnic minority youth with disabilities: a systematic review and meta synthesis of qualitative data.

Purpose: Racial and ethnic minority youth with disabilities often encounter more challenges and poorer health, social and vocational outcomes compared to white youth and yet, relatively little is known about their lived experiences. The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of ethnic minority youth and young adults with disabilities.

Methods: We conducted a systematic review of qualitative data with eight international databases assessed by four reviewers.

Background: There is growing interest in exploring how to move research findings into practice. Since 2014, a team of families and researchers has been working to promote and study the dissemination of the "F-words for Child Development" (Function, Family, Fitness, Fun, Friends, and Future). This case study describes our dissemination strategies and uses the Diffusion of Innovation theory to understand the factors contributing to the uptake of the F-words-a function-promoting, strengths-based, and family-centred innovation in child health and development.

Background: Deciding whether and how to disclose a disability at work for persons with non-visible disabilities and illnesses involve complex processes. Research has focused on antecedents and outcomes of disclosure. More research is needed to understand the lived experiences related to disclosure decision-making and actual navigation of disclosure and concealment at work.

A guiding process to culturally adapt assessments for participation-focused pediatric practice: the case of the Participation and Environment Measures (PEM).

Purpose: There is unprecedented opportunity to evaluate children's participation in diverse cultural contexts, to enhance cross-cultural research, advance the delivery of culturally responsive pediatric rehabilitation, and translate new knowledge on a global scale. The participation concept is complex and heavily influenced by a child's context. Therefore, effectively capturing the participation concept requires valid, reliable, and culturally sensitive participation-focused measures.

Comparative Study of Drought Stress Effects on Traditional and Modern Apple Cultivars.

Genotype-dependent responses of apples to drought stress were evaluated between commercial and traditional apple cultivars. The results indicate different mechanisms of tolerance to investigated drought stress conditions. Chlorophyll fluorescence induction (OJIP) parameters, chlorophyll and carotenoid content, malondialdehyde (MDA), hydrogen peroxide (HO), proline, phenols and leaf water content (WC) were measured.

Utility of rotational thromboelastometry in total hip replacement revision surgery (case-control study).

Total hip replacement revision surgery is accompanied by significant blood loss. Using rotational thrombelastometry (ROTEM) perioperatively to diagnose coagulopathy may help to provide rapid aimed therapy and thus decrease blood loss and the consumption of transfusion products. The aim of this case-control study was to find out whether point of care using of ROTEM may reduce blood loss and the consumption of blood transfusion products in hip replacement revision surgery.

A new law on experts will be in force in the Czech Republic from 1st January 2021. It is an entirely new law that repeals the old law of 1967, which has already been criticized. The new regulations, of course, bring changes to which experts must respond.

Six samples of red thyme (Thymus zygis) and two samples of winter thyme (Thymus hyemalis) essential oils (EOs) were obtained from plants cultivated in south-eastern Spain and extracted by steam distillation.
