Objectives: Despite advancements in modern medicine, the effectiveness of in vitro fertilization (IVF) remains low. This study aimed to assess the impact of specific features of T-shaped uterine cavity malformation and its intermediate forms on reproductive function and the effectiveness of assisted reproductive technology (ART), particularly on IVF results and pregnancy outcomes.
Methods: A prospective cohort study included 388 somatically healthy patients undergoing 3D ultrasound (US) examination of the uterine cavity before embryonic transfer for IVF treatment.

Objectives: Subtypes of T-shaped uterus are rare uterine cavity anomalies and there are no morphometric criteria for the diagnosis. Earlier we established a high frequency of I-shaped uterus in patients with adrenalhyperandrogenism, which is more common in Armenian populations. The aim of the study was to determine the frequency of I-shaped uterus as a subtype of T-shaped uterus in patients with ovarian and adrenal hyperandrogenism, accompanied by infertility and miscarriage, as well as the development of it's ultrasonic morphometric criteria.

As a result of the research, a significant increase of LH, combined with the decreased level of FSH, is determined in the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, vs. the control group.

Thirty seven patients with normogonadotropic ovary deficiency caused by body mass deficiency (12-15% of normal value) underwent pathogenetic treatment, starting from the disorder of hypothalamic-hypophyseal-ovarian system. Pathogenetic therapy was directed to compensate body mass deficit.

The examination revealed negative prognostic value of endometrial thickness from 12 to 14 mm in reproductive and perimenopausal periods; and endometrial thickness from 9 mm to 12 mm in menopausal period. Endometrial thickness more than 19 mm is pathognomic for early stage of endometrium cancer.

The effectiveness of treatment of hyperprolactinemia (of functional and organic genesis) with dophamin agonists was studied in 97 women aged 18-32. The effectiveness was evaluated by normalization of the laboratory indices of prolactin level, and the clinical parameters: restoration of the regularity of the menstrual cycle; resumption of ovulation; becoming pregnant; stopping of galactorrhea. Dophamin agonists of the I generation, parlodel, and of the III generation, dostinex, were prescribed.

As a result of examination of 237 (aged 16-31) women with various forms of gynecological neuroendocrine syndrome 3 groups of patients have been identified with identical ultrasonic characteristics of ovaries. The main complaints by the patients have been misbalance of menstrual periods. In 27 patients "diffuse loss of structure" was identified with vanishing of the borderline between the cortical and medullary substance with impaired folliculogenesis, developed against the autoimmune processes mainly (of the thyroid gland and ovaries).
