[Possible use of exponential regimens of cooling in biological cryopreservation].

On the basis of the analysis of the described cooling regime of biological objects during low temperature preservation it is suggested that an optimal regime should have non-linear dependence of the rate of temperature change in time. By approximation of several experimental cooling regimes it is found that the exponential description of this process is the most correct. Advantages of using the exponential cooling regime instead of the linear ones during their optimization are grounded.

[Current methods of treating pseudarthrosis].

Treatment of 706 patients with 708 false joints is described. 756 operations were fulfilled. Consolidation was achieved in 632 patients (89,9%).

[10 years' experience with the use of electrostimulation of bone regeneration in traumatology and orthopedics].

A comparative analysis of results of the clinical, roentgenological and biomechanical studies of 317 experiments in dogs and 725 patients with fractures, retarded consolidation and false joints of long tubular bones have shown advantages of electrostimulation of osteoreparation in using modern methods of treatment.
