Polypeptide N-Acetylgalactosaminyl transferase 14 (GALNT14) plays important roles in cancer progression and chemotherapy response. Kisspeptin, a kind of neuropeptide, is involved in various physiological processes such as tumor metastasis inhibition and reproductive regulation due to its ability to interact with Kisspeptin receptor-Kissr.
