The evaluation of economic damage was implemented in relation to premature mortality of population of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the region with particular social economic and natural climatic conditions specific to territories of the North. The calculation of economic damage is based on methodology proposed by number of ministries of the Russian Federation and Rosstat in 2012. The presented evaluations and analysis of materials give an idea about total amount of economic damage because of mortality of population of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) which is necessary to consider during development of regional programs of decreasing of population mortality.

The paper describes echocardiographic values of systolic and diastolic dysfunction the right heart ventricle in 229 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. In our patients the values AvPAP (?25 mmHg while resting), FDDrv and FSDrv (>26 and 20 mm respectively), the thickness of front wall the RV (>5 mm), the dimension of AD (>35 mm), as well as the reduction the vestibular-distal shortening of RV (<23%), maximum blood velocity and the blood evacuation time from reflect indirectly the progressive reduction the contractive capacity RV myocardium and the occurrence of systolic dysfunction. In patients with severe de-compensation a restrictive type diastolic function is more characteristic - acceleration of early diastolic filling and blood velocity decrease during the auricular systole.

Studies of the effect of peridural anesthesia applied as an independent method or together with combined narcosis has proved that peridural anesthesia does not cause adrenocortical tension, maintains, the natural level of adrenocortical secretion, contributes to rapid normalization of corticosteroids level in the postoperative period. The increase of corticosteroids blood level in case of peridural anesthesia, applied together with combined narcosis, should be referred on account of direct effect of ether-oxygen narcosis.

The study of the adrenal function in local anesthesia and one-moment peridural anesthesia in operations for analogous affections--venous varicosity of the lower limbs, indicated no differences in changes of the adrenal cortex functioning. In one-moment peridural anesthesia, potentiated with neurolentanalgesics a tendency was observed to an increased glucocorticoid function of the adrenal gland, which should be ascribed to the effect of neuroleptanalgesics.
