Blood serum of patients with gastric ( = 68) and esophageal ( = 43) cancer was assessed for proteolytic fragments of IgG. Serum samples of 20 healthy donors were used as a control. We analyzed indicators of hemostasis (prothrombin time, fibrinogen, plasminogen activity, a2-antiplasmin activity, protein C activity) in blood plasma and the level of total IgG in the blood serum.

A methodological approach to molecular genetic studies and their interpretation in the measles surveillance was developed in the early 2000s. During its development, clear areas of circulation of each genotype of the virus were identified, therefore, the determination of viruses' genotypes was proposed to monitor circulation and identify transmission pathways.

Although GDM is associated with PE, the exact mechanism underlying the association is unclear. The objective of this work was to study the morphofunctional and molecular changes in the placenta and peripheral blood in PE and GDM.

In the experimental part, we explored adipocytes in the uterine wall by the twelfth sexual cycle after surgery. In the clinical part, we investigated adipocyte clusters in the cesarean scar of pregnant women with and without PAS.

This work systematizes and catalogs data on target genes used to improve cultivated plants. The latest systematic review examined articles indexed in the Scopus database and published before August 17, 2019.

Objective: Compare the main types of atypical placentation (AP) with the stages of PAS, to supplement and unify the clinical and morphological criteria AP.
Material And Methods: Surgical material was examined from 73 women after metroplasty (=61) and hysterectomies (=12) from the regions of Russia, Moscow and the Moscow region for ingrown villi and from 10 women with a typical placenta location during the first cesarean section.
A universal approach to the construction of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) has been developed. It relies on periodate oxidation of naturally present glycans of immunoglobulin G, followed by oxime ligation and, optionally, copper(I)-catalyzed alkyne-azide cycloaddition for conjugation with a toxic payload. The introduction of highly absorbing cyanine dyes into the linker allows for facile determination of the drug-antibody ratio.

National program Elimination of measles and rubella and achievement of a stable sporadic incidence of epidemic mumps in the Russian Federation (20212025) sets the aim of gradual integration of mumps surveillance into the existing measles and rubella surveillance system. One of the key components of surveillance system is a laboratory confirmation of mumps cases.

They are routinely produced by modification of lysine residues, which leads to high heterogeneity. As such, their affinity may be compromised if the antigen-binding site is affected, the probability of which increases along with the degree of labeling.

Recently, the trend of using fruit and berry crops as ingredients for functional and dietary nutrition, the development and implementation of f lavors, pigments, new medicines and dietary supplements has been actualized. Because the direction of use depends on the biochemical properties of fruits, which are determined not only by species and varietal characteristics, but also by reproduction conditions, the study of the biochemical composition of fruits grown in various regions of the world continues to be relevant. In this regard, the collection of N.

The effect of autoantibodies interacting with plasminogen in the formation of retrochorial hematoma is unknown. The aim of our study was to determine the role of plasminogen and IgA, IgM, and IgG, which bind to plasminogen, in retrochorial hematoma.

Although hypoxia tolerance is mainly determined genetically, it is important to study individual variability of animal organisms in order to identify the factors that underlie their tolerance to hypoxic exposure. We investigated blood cell counts and coagulograms in Wistar rats as predictors allowing the animal population to be split into hypoxia-tolerant and hypoxia-intolerant individuals. The validity of the specific predictors' choice was proved by a coincidence between the population split in accordance with the detected individual parameters and the results of testing animals in a decompression chamber at a rarefaction corresponding to the "rise to an altitude" of 11500 m above sea level.

Fluorescent immunoconjugates provide a promising tool for cancer diagnostics due to their high brightness, specificity, stability and target affinity. Fluorescent antibodies are widely used in flow cytometry for fast and sensitive identification and collection of cells expressing the target surface antigen.

Morphometric parameters of injured uterine right horn were compared with those in the intact left horn of the same animal as a control of changes determined by the hormonal background. It was found that the uterine epithelium in the focus of injury was restored as soon as on day 2 after surgery under the influence of estrous cycle hormones.

We previously demonstrated the increased binding of IgG to human plasminogen (PLG) in plasma of patients with prostate cancer (PC) compared to healthy controls. Heavy and light chains of PLG (PLG-H and PLG-L) were immobilized on 96-well plates and the binding of IgG to PLG-H and PLG-L was analyzed in serum from 30 prostate cancer (PC) patients, 30 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 30 healthy controls using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).

Cold-resistant flora may have persisted in this region expanding or contracting its range during the climate cooling. Only a few plant genera have been studied with a sampling area across their entire geographic range in East Asia; therefore, the understanding of the biogeographic history of alpine flora in this region remains limited.

It is established that at equal consumption of medical care in out-patient and polyclinic organizations, among the ethnic population of there is higher demand of services of traditional healers, especially representatives of shaman practices. The primary effecting on decision making in choosing health care institutions is provided by folk customs and family traditions received from senior relatives that is especially expressed among the Khakass ethnos.

The level of IgG bound to plasminogen heavy chain in the serum of prostate cancer patients significantly exceeded that in healthy volunteers. IgG treated with plasmin more actively (by more than 2 times) bound plasminogen heavy chain than intact IgG.
