The neuoroendocrine cancer of the bladder is a rare tumor, and from this entity the well-differentiated tumors with favorable prognosis, the paraganglioma with unfavorable prognosis, small and large cell types of tumors should be emphasized. From the methods of the anticancer therapies operation can be eligible by itself in the first group but in the second group should form only the part of the multimodal treatment. Radiotherapy plays a role only in the treatment of the small and large cell tumors and during the treatment of these tumors the administration of the cytostatic drugs is also essential (mainly platina derivates).

We cloned and sequenced the Vicia sativa 25S-18S rDNA intergenic spacer (IGS) and the satellite repeat S12, thought to be related to the spacer sequence. The spacer was shown to contain three types of subrepeats (A, B, and C) with monomers of 173 bp (A), 10 bp (B), and 66 bp (C), separated by unique or partially duplicated sequences. Two spacer variants were detected in V.

Motivation: Tandemly organized repetitive sequences (satellite DNA) are widespread in complex eukaryotic genomes. In plants, satellite repeats often represent a substantial part of nuclear DNA but only a little is known about the molecular mechanisms of their amplification and their possible role(s) in genome evolution and function. Unfortunately, addressing these questions via characterization of general sequence properties of known satellite repeats has been hindered by a difficulty in obtaining a complete and unbiased set of sequence data for this analysis.
