Background: Tumor microenvironment (TME) plays a crucial role in tumor growth and metastasis. Exploring biomarkers that are significantly associated with TME can help guide individualized treatment of patients.
Methods: We analyzed the expression and survival of P4HB in pan-cancer through the TCGA database, and verified the protein level of P4HB by the HPA database.

Here, we found that individuals who recovered from mild but not severe COVID-19 had significantly greater frequencies of Treg cells and lower frequencies of CXCR3+ circulating T follicular helper (cTfh) cells than healthy controls. Furthermore, the frequencies of Treg and CXCR3+ cTfh cells were negatively and positively correlated with the nAb responses, respectively, and Treg cells was inversely associated with CXCR3+ cTfh cells in individuals who recovered from mild COVID-19 but not in those with severe disease.

The delay time, Autler-Townes splitting, and shape of correlation curve are changed observably with temperature and polarization state of dressing field. Purpose: To investigate the impact of intra- and inter-fractional esophageal motion on dosimetry and observed toxicity in a phase I dose escalation study of accelerated radiotherapy with concurrent chemotherapy for locally advanced lung cancer.
Methods And Materials: Patients underwent computed tomography imaging for radiotherapy treatment planning (CT1 and 4DCT1) and at 2 weeks (CT2 and 4DCT2) and 5 weeks (CT3 and 4DCT3) after initiating treatment. Each computed tomography scan consisted of 10-phase 4DCTs in addition to a static free-breathing or breath-hold computed tomography.
Objectives: To analyze the correlation between dose-volume-histograms (DVHs) with three patterns (edema, enhancement, and necrosis) of temporal lobe injury (TLI) in patients receiving intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and to determine optimal thresholds to predict the incidence of each TLI pattern, with particular emphasis on the relationship between edema volume and the risk of enhancement and necrosis.
Materials And Methods: A cohort of 4186 NPC patients treated with IMRT was retrospectively reviewed with TLI presenting in 188 patients. The atlases of complication incidence (ACI) for each pattern were constructed using DVH curves of temporal lobes.
