Background: Significant challenges are associated with the pharmacological management of dyslipidemia, an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Limited reliable evidence exists regarding the efficacy of red yeast rice (RYR)-containing commercial Chinese polyherbal preparation (CCPP), despite their widespread use in China.
Purpose: We aimed to investigate the efficacy of RYR-containing CCPPs combined with statins in treating dyslipidemia.
Objective: The high incidence of Tension-type headache (TTH) has led to significant social and economic challenges. Given the widespread use of Chinese patent medicines (CPM) for TTH patients, this study aim to evaluate the efficacy of different CPMs in treating TTH by network meta-analysis.
Methods: Eight databases were conducted to identify CPMs-related randomized controlled trials (RCTs) from database inception date to August 2023.
Background: Ischemic stroke is a serious and sudden cerebrovascular condition that significantly affects individual's health and imposes a substantial economic burden on medical management. Despite its widespread use in China, there is still a lack of reliable evidence regarding the efficacy of Shenmai injection (SMI) in acute ischemic stroke (AIS). We aimed to comprehensively assess the effectiveness and safety of SMI in treating AIS through a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Similarly, there appears to be a lack of systematic reviews addressing this topic in the literature. Therefore, this systematic review aims to explore the effectiveness and safety of ketamine for terminating super-refractory status epilepticus.

This is particularly relevant because Western drugs, excluding intravenous thrombolysis, have shown limited success.
Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted using multiple databases, including PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure WanFang, VIP, and Chinese Biomedical Database (CBM) until June 2023.
Poststroke epilepsy (PSE) is a common complication of strokes that seriously affects the recovery and quality of life of patients, and effective treatments are needed. Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) adjunctive therapy is a viable treatment option, but current evidence is insufficient to support its efficacy and safety. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of CHM adjunctive therapy in the treatment of PSE.

Acupuncture is a viable treatment option, but current evidence is insufficient to support its efficacy and safety. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of PSC.

Acupuncture is widely used for the treatment of post-stroke insomnia in China. Therefore, this systematic review and meta-analysis were performed to explore the efficacy and safety of acupuncture for post-stroke insomnia.

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of insomnia by frequency network Meta-analysis. Randomized controlled trials of Chinese patent medicines for insomnia were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, EMbase and Cochrane Library databases from the time of database establishment to October 2020. The quality of the included RCTs was evaluated according to the Cochrane bias risk standard, and the data was analyzed by RevMan 5.

The mapping results revealed the high resolution of the elemental analysis, with the distribution of Gd atoms highly correlated with that of the Fe atoms. The spatial distributions of C, P, S, and Zn atoms revealed that the effect of MFH treatment was significantly dependent on the diffusion of the magnetic fluid in the tissue.
