Two-dimensional (2D) PdSe atomic crystals hold great potential for optoelectronic applications due to their bipolar electrical characteristics, tunable bandgap, high electron mobility, and exceptional air stability. Nevertheless, the scalable synthesis of large-area, high-quality 2D PdSe crystals using chemical vapor deposition (CVD) remains a significant challenge. Here, we present a self-limiting liquid-phase edge-epitaxy (SLE) low-temperature growth method to achieve high-quality, centimeter-sized PdSe films with single-crystal domain areas exceeding 30 μm.

Background: Ischemic preconditioning-induced serum exosomes (IPC-exo) protected rat heart against myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury. However, whether IPC-exo regulate replacement fibrosis after myocardial infarction (MI) and the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. MicroRNAs (miRs) are important cargos of exosomes and play an essential role in cardioprotection.

2D BiOSe has recently garnered significant attention in the electronics and optoelectronics fields due to its remarkable photosensitivity, broad spectral absorption, and excellent long-term environmental stability. However, the development of integrated BiOSe photodetector with high performance and low-power consumption is limited by material synthesis method and the inherent high carrier concentration of BiOSe. Here, a type-I heterojunction is presented, comprising 2D BiOSe and lead-free bismuth perovskite CsBiI, for fast response and broadband detection.

Accurate and sufficient node location information is crucial for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) applications. However, the existing range-based localization methods often suffer from incomplete and detorted range measurements. To address this issue, some methods based on low-rank matrix recovery have been proposed, which usually assume noises follow single Gaussian distribution or/and single Laplacian distribution, and thus cannot handle the case with wider noise distributions beyond Gaussian and Laplacian ones.
