Mechanisms for the Csp-H silylation between prop-2-yn-1-ylcyclohexane and triethylsilane, catalyzed by MOH/MH (M = Na or K), were investigated at the M06-L-D3/ma-def2-TZVP level. The SMD model was applied to simulate the solvent effect of 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME). Computational results suggested that the Csp-H activation of prop-2-yn-1-ylcyclohexane could be achieved by MOH to generate R-CC-M compounds, which continued to react with triethylsilane to yield the final product: (3-cyclohexylprop-1-yn-1-yl) triethylsilane.

In order to achieve the emission peak and carbon neutrality ("30·60" goals), personal carbon trading may be included in China's carbon trading market in the future, based on the corporate-level carbon trading that is already in place. It will be an effective solution to reduce carbon emissions from the consumption side and can be used as a supplement to the corporate carbon trading mechanism and carbon tax. This study constructs a personal carbon trading system based on the fundamental realities of China, which includes four attributes: carbon quota acquisition, trading partner selection, low-carbon behavior offset mechanism, and value preservation mode.

To achieve carbon neutrality and carbon reduction goals, China needs to consider industrial structure and trade. This study aims to test the validity of environmental Kuznets curve (EKC) hypothesis at the industry level in China and study the different impact of Sino-US trade in intermediate goods and trade in final goods on China's environment. To do so, we used the annual data of China's 25 sectors in 1990-2015 and classified 25 sectors into three main industries.

The morphologies and structures of nanostructured carbons generally influence their catalysis, electrochemical performance and adsorption properties. Metal-organic framework (MOF) nanocrystals usually have various morphologies, and can be considered as a template to construct nanostructured carbons with shaped nanocubes, nanorods, and hollow particles by thermal transformation. However, thermal carbonization of MOFs usually leads to collapse of MOF structures.

Objective: To study the effect of LSD1 knock-out on human chronic myeloid leukemia cells(K562 cells).

Methods: The LSD1 gene in K562 cells was knocked-out specifically by using CRISPR/Cas9 system, the single cells were gained by flow cytometric sorting technique, the LSD1 and LSD1 cell lines were gained after amplificantion and culture, identification of Western blot and sequencing. The MTS assay was used to detect the effect of LSD1 knockout on the proliferation of K562 cells, the flow cytometry was used to examine the expression of K562 cell surface marker after LSD1 knockout.

Background: The incidence of ketosis-prone type 2 diabetes is very low except for people of sub-Saharan African origin and African Americans. However, there also are some type 2 diabetes patients with diabetic ketosis without acidosis (DKWA). We question whether DKWA should be included as a subtype of ketosis-prone type 2 diabetes mellitus and compared the clinical characteristics of DKWA and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) patients.
