Determination of 36 non-phthalate plasticizers with the QuEChERS method in milk powder by gas chromatography coupled with quadrupole/orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry.

A method involving gas chromatography coupled with quadrupole/orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry (GC-Q/Orbitrap HRMS) with the QuEChERS method was developed to analyze 36 non-phthalate plasticizers in milk powder products. The samples were dissolved in 20% NaCl, extracted with acetonitrile, and purified using silica, PSA, and C. The results showed the excellent linear relationship of the calibration curves of 36 non-phthalate plasticizers in the range of 10-1000 ng mL, with correlation coefficients () not less than 0.

The fungi causing fruit rot were isolated from symptomatic Shengzhou nane ( var. taoxingli) fruit and were identified as by biological characteristics and molecular analysis of the internal transcribed spacer region (rDNA-ITS) and translation elongation factor-1α (TEF-1α) sequences. Optimal growth conditions for were 30°C, pH 5.

Physiological changes in barley plants under combined toxicity of aluminum, copper and cadmium.

Crop production on acid soil is markedly reduced, further, a multiple heavy metal pollution except Al on acid soil is detected in many areas. The present study was undertaken to assess the toxicities of Al, Cd, and Cu separately and in combinations, three heavy metals very often coexisting on acid soil, and to identify their interactions in two kinds of barley seedlings differing in Al tolerance. The plant growth, metals accumulations, total soluble protein and sugar contents, MDA contents and the activities of SOD and POD were estimated in roots and leaves after 5-week supply of the heavy metals excess in the nutrient solution.
