Objectives: To explore the mechanism of moxibustion in improving synovitis inflammatory injury in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) model rats based on the ferroptosis-lipid metabolism pathway.

Methods: Forty-eight SD rats were randomly divided into normal, model, moxibustion and moxibustion + long-chain acyl-CoA synthetase 4 (ACSL4) inhibitor groups, with 12 rats in each group. Immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) utilizing programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) antibody is a promising treatment strategy in solid tumors. We have explored the role of ginsenoside Rg1 in promoting the differentiation of mouse adipose-derived stem cells (mADSC) towards the neuronal lineage. The central nervous system has long been regarded as incapable of self-repair; therefore neuronal differentiation from stem cells is of great interest.
