Objectives: This study aimed to determine the recurrence rate and related risk factors of primary fallopian tube cancer (PFTC).
Materials And Methods: We conducted a retrospective study of 47 patients with histopathological diagnosis of PFTC treated at Tu Du Hospital between January 1, 2015, and July 31, 2022. The cumulative recurrence rate was estimated using the life table method, and recurrence-associated factors were determined using the Log-rank test and Cox proportional hazard model.
Objective: Poly(lactic--glycolic acid) microsphere containing leuprolide acetate - an extended-release drug delivery system whose characteristics (i.e. loading capacity, particle size and initial burst phase) depend on processing parameters.

Recreation areas within wildlife habitats are considered high-risk zones for tick exposure and tick-borne disease in humans. The study aimed to determine seasonal variations in tick diversity and pathogen prevalence in Khao Kheow-Khao Chomphu Wildlife Sanctuary, Chon Buri, Thailand.

Objectives: This study aims to identify the success rate and correlated factors of combined local and systemic methotrexate (MTX) injection treatment in cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP).
Materials And Methods: The combined local and systemic MTX administration has been used for CSP weeks 8-14 at Tu Du Maternal Hospital; however, its effectiveness and correlated factors have not been closely investigated. This is a retrospective case series of 123 CSP patients between 8 and 14 weeks of gestation who were treated at Tu Du Hospital from the year 2016 to 2020.
This work provides consensus guidance regarding clinical diagnosis and early medical management of endometriosis within Asia. Clinicians with expertise in endometriosis critically evaluated available evidence on clinical diagnosis and early medical management and their applicability to current clinical practices. Clinical diagnosis should focus on symptom recognition, which can be presumed to be endometriosis without laparoscopic confirmation.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFThe aim of this study is to identify and characterize virus isolates (which are named for Bacgiang Agriculture and Forestry University [BAFU]) from diseased Cherry Valley duck and mule duck flocks and investigate the damage caused by a novel parvovirus-related virus (DuPV) to tissues and organs, including the brain, cerebellum, kidney, liver, lung, spleen, and spinal cord. The results of phylogenetic analysis show that DuPV-BAFU evolved from a goose lineage and duck parvoviruses rather than from Muscovy duck parvoviruses. In the genetic lineages, DuPVs were identified from the DuPV samples analyzed, and DuPV-BAFU was found to be closely clustered with two known goose origin parvoviruses (GPVa2006 and GPV1995) and a duck GPVs.
