Imagery-based cognitive therapy to reduce emotional dysregulation and mood instability in bipolar disorder: a case-series study.

Introduction: Bipolar disorder (BD) has a significant impact on functioning in the absence of acute mood episodes. This has been associated with subsyndromal symptoms, co-morbidities, and emotional dysregulation. The present study aims to evaluate the acceptability and preliminary efficacy of imagery-based cognitive therapy (ImCT) in a French community setting.
