Introduction: The Minimal Important Change (MIC) for patient-reported outcome measures is the value that describes the smallest improvement considered worthwhile by patients. To the best of our knowledge, no MIC of the Western Ontario Osteoarthritis of the Shoulder Index (WOOS) score or the Disabilities of the Arm Shoulder and Hand (DASH) has been reported using the anchor-based predictive modeling approach based on patients with glenohumeral osteoarthritis or rotator cuff tear arthropathy. A search is presented for an extended Higgs sector with two new particles, X and ϕ, in the process X→ϕϕ→(γγ)(γγ). Novel neural networks classify events with diphotons that are merged and determine the diphoton masses. Objectives: Passive immunotherapy, including monoclonal antibodies and neutralizing proteins, was used for the treatment of patients with COVID-19 during the pandemic. Accelerating COVID-19 Therapeutic Interventions and Vaccines-Therapeutics for Inpatients with COVID-19 (ACTIV-3/TICO) was a multinational, randomized placebo-controlled platform trial that evaluated the effectiveness of multiple passive immunotherapy agents in patients hospitalized with COVID-19. Given the long half-life of some agents studied, participants were followed for an extended period to assess the long-term efficacy and sustained safety of these agents.

Protease-activated receptor 2 (PAR) is a central regulator of intestinal barrier function, inflammation and pain. Upregulated intestinal proteolysis and PAR-signaling are implicated in inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Organ function depends on the three-dimensional integrity of the extracellular matrix (ECM). The first search for soft unclustered energy patterns (SUEPs) is performed using an integrated luminosity of 138  fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data at sqrt[s]=13  TeV, collected in 2016-2018 by the CMS detector at the LHC. Such SUEPs are predicted by hidden valley models with a new, confining force with a large 't Hooft coupling. In events with boosted topologies, selected by high-threshold hadronic triggers, the multiplicity and sphericity of clustered tracks are used to reject the background from standard model quantum chromodynamics.

The rapid emergence of SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern (VoC) and the threat of future zoonotic sarbecovirus spillover emphasizes the need for broadly protective next-generation vaccines and therapeutics. We utilized SARS-CoV-2 spike ferritin nanoparticle (SpFN), and SARS-CoV-2 receptor binding domain ferritin nanoparticle (RFN) immunogens, in an equine model to elicit hyperimmune sera and evaluated its sarbecovirus neutralization and protection capacity.
