Purpose: Patients may remain catheterized after artificial urinary sphincter surgery to prevent urinary retention, despite a lack of evidence to support this practice. Our study aims to evaluate the feasibility of outpatient, catheter-free continence surgery using a multi-institutional database. We hypothesize that between catheterized controls and patients without a catheter, there would be no difference in the rate of urinary retention or postoperative complications.

Introduction A large proportion of the United States' underinsured population relies on free health clinics for their health care needs. With only a few free health clinics nationwide hosting specialty clinics, a small subset of which are dermatology clinics, there is a dearth of information in the literature on which dermatological pathologies and treatment modalities are most common in this setting. The purpose of this study was to establish the most common dermatological conditions and treatments in the free health care setting as well as understand which facets of care need improvement.

Objective: To determine if empirical antibiotic treatment for non-testicular torsion (NNT) acute scrotum is necessary in the setting of a normal urine analysis (UA).

Methods: Retrospective chart review revealed 314 pediatric patients with clinically diagnosed NTT acute scrotum with negative UA between 2004-2019. Exclusion criteria included previous urological history and immunocompromised state.

Objective: To describe pediatric residency program's virtual presence and opportunities for the 2021 application cycle.

Methods: A total of 202 pediatric residency programs from the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) were reviewed for departmental and residency Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts. These accounts, residency websites, and the Visiting Student Application Service (VSAS) were reviewed for open house opportunities and virtual subinternships.
