Background: Breastfeeding confers significant maternal and infant benefits; however, breastfeeding rates remain suboptimal in the United States. A parent's decision to breastfeed is influenced by non-modifiable and modifiable factors, including breastfeeding knowledge and self-efficacy. There is a positive correlation between high maternal self-efficacy and breastfeeding duration.

Complete Response to Combination Nivolumab and Ipilimumab in Recurrent Neuroendocrine Carcinoma of the Cervix.

Background: Small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix is a rare, aggressive tumor treated with a combination of surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. Survival rates are poor, and innovative therapies are needed.

Case: A 52-year-old woman was diagnosed with small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix.

Robotic-assisted laparoscopic splenectomy for recurrent ovarian cancer.

Purpose: Recurrent ovarian cancer frequently involves the spleen. Our aims were to describe the technique of robotic-assisted laparoscopic splenectomy and to evaluate outcomes including progression-free and overall survival in patients who underwent this procedure for recurrent ovarian cancer.

Methods: Chart reviews were performed on all consecutive patients who underwent robotic splenectomy (April 2012 to May 2019) for recurrent ovarian cancer.
