- HyperArc (HA) auto-planning simplifies the creation of high-quality Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) plans, while the "Ask For It" (AFI) manual planning method also aims for low intermediate dose spill and high target dose conformity.
- A comparison using 54 created target volumes (PTVs) showed both AFI and HA methods were used across a variety of case complexities to evaluate treatment plan quality.
- Results revealed that AFI outperformed HA in several quality metrics, although HA provided better dose coverage, suggesting both methods can yield effective planning outcomes.
