Changes in Polyamine Contents Development of the Frog, Microhyla ornata: (polyamine changes/frog development/Microhyla ornata).

Putrescine, spermidine and spermine levels were measured during development, metamorphosis and adult life of the frog, Microhyla ornata. Development of Microhyla was accompanied by high fluctuating levels of putrescine and spermidine with low and steady levels of spermine. Putrescine was the major polyamine during development from egg to mature tadpole.
