Nisoldipine (ND) has low oral bioavailability (5%) due to first-pass metabolism. Previously, solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) of ND were reported. In this study, nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs) of ND are developed to enhance the oral bioavailability.
