Physical inactivity is a leading risk factor for non-communicable diseases. Climate change is now regarded as the biggest threat to global public health. Electric micromobility (e-micromobility, including e-bikes, e-cargo bikes, and e-scooters) has the potential to simultaneously increase people's overall physical activity while decreasing greenhouse gas emissions where it substitutes for motorised transport.

Growing Project BioEYES: A Reflection on 20 Years of Developing and Replicating a K-12 Science Outreach Program.

Project BioEYES celebrated 20 years in K12 schools during the 2022-2023 school year. Using live zebrafish () during week-long science experiments, sparks the interest of students and teachers from school districts, locally and globally. Over the past two decades, BioEYES has been replicated in different ways based on the interest and capacity of our partners.

Evaluation and overview of the National Electronic Injury Surveillance System-Cooperative Adverse Drug Event Surveillance Project (NEISS-CADES).

Background: Adverse drug events (ADEs) are an important cause of patient injury. Although most medications are prescribed and used in the outpatient setting, prevention efforts focus on the inpatient setting, partly because of limited data on outpatient events. We describe and evaluate a new system for surveillance of outpatient ADEs treated in hospital emergency departments (EDs).
