Positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) using prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-radioligands is currently suggested by several clinical guidelines for the assessment of prostate cancer (PCa) in various clinical settings. However, PSMA will also be overexpressed in different cancers, which should be considered on the PSMA PET/CT reading in patients with concomitant neoplastic diseases. We report a case of 82-year-old male presented with prostate and history of oesophageal cancer and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL).

[Ga]Ga-FAP-2286 is a new peptide-based radiopharmaceutical for positron-emission tomography (PET) that targets fibroblast activation protein (FAP). This article describes in detail the automated synthesis of [Ga]Ga-FAP-2286 using a commercially available synthesis tool that includes quality control for routine clinical applications. The synthesis was performed using a Scintomics GRP-3V module and a GMP grade Ge/Ga generator.

Context: Definition of etiological subgroups of sarcopenia may help to develop targeted treatments. insulin like growth factor-I (IGF-I), Insulinlike growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP3), and acid labile subunit (ALS) build a ternary complex that mediates growth hormone (GH) effects on peripheral organs, such as muscle. Low GH binding protein (GHBP) as a marker of GH receptor number would hint toward GH resistance.
