pneumonia is a known complication in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia who are treated with fludarabine-based chemotherapy; however, it is extremely uncommon in treatment naïve patients. Here we report a case of pneumonia in a patient with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
