Primary cutaneous plasmacytosis successfully treated with topical corticosteroids and psoralen plus ultraviolet A: A case report.

We present a case of primary cutaneous plasmacytosis without systemic involvement. The patient received topical corticosteroids and psoralen plus ultraviolet A therapy, showing significant improvement. Continuous monitoring is underway despite the rarity of systemic manifestations.

Persistent Verrucous Plaques in an HIV-Positive Patient With Secondary and Neurosyphilis.

A 23-year-old HIV-positive woman presented with persistent yellowish verrucous plaques on both ankles, which had been present for 2 years, and blurred vision, which had persisted for 1 month. Serological tests confirmed a syphilis diagnosis. Her condition improved after systemic penicillin treatment, with no topical treatment except petrolatum ointment.
