In response to this knowledge gap, our study employs the stimulus-organism-response (SOR) framework and implements a serial mediation model to probe into the impacts of compulsive ChatGPT usage on users' mental health outcomes. This model serves as a powerful analytical lens, allowing us to unravel the relationships between the stimulus (compulsive ChatGPT usage), organism (anxiety and burnout), and response (sleep disturbance).

Osteoporosis contributes significantly to health and economic burdens worldwide. However, the development of osteoporosis-related prediction tools has been limited for lower-middle-income countries, especially Vietnam. This study aims to develop prediction models for the Vietnamese population as well as evaluate the existing tools to forecast the risk of osteoporosis and evaluate the contribution of covariates that previous studies have determined to be risk factors for osteoporosis.

Objective: The American Heart Association recently raised the bar on the timely treatment of acute ischemic stroke (AIS) with intravenous alteplase. Our study looks at the effectiveness of this new standard, by examining the effect of varying door-to-needle times of alteplase initiation on the clinical, quality of care, and efficiency of care outcomes.

Methods: This retrospective case-control study examined 752 AIS patients treated with intravenous alteplase in a large academic health system during 2015-2018, and compared their outcomes after treatment within 30, 45, and 60 min of arrival.

In aquatic environments, assessment of microplastic concentrations is increasing worldwide but environments from developing countries remain under-evaluated. Due to disparities of facilities, financial resources and human resources between countries, protocols of sampling, analysis and observations used in developed countries cannot be fully adapted in developing ones, and required specific adaptations. Stroke Templates and Trainee Education are Associated With Improved Data Capture in an Academic Hospital.

Background: Effective medical record documentation is required to support accurate capture of diagnoses, patient acuity (case mix index [CMI]), and justify resource utilization for reimbursement. Billing code complexity and a lack of formal documentation education in training programs have created a need for academic medical centers to incorporate training for trainees (residents, fellows, and new nurse practitioners). We hypothesized that standardized stroke note templates, trainee education, and feedback from chart audits would improve documentation accuracy.

Arthroscopic fixation of ACL avulsion fracture in the saint pault hospital: A review of treatment outcomes: Cohort study.

Background: The purpose of this research is to evaluate the results of arthroscopic suture fixation with fiber wires used as treatment for ACL avulsion fracture, and to determine how effective such a technique is when it comes to restoring of knee function.

Materials And Methods: This prospective study involves 28 patients, who underwent arthroscopic fixation of displaced ACL avulsion fractures at Saint Paul Hospital (Hanoi) from January 2014 to March 2018.

Results: The first three weeks were not marked with any abnormalities associated with post-operative sutures and hematomas, infectious complications were not detected either.

Thus far, an efficient and low-cost polymer flexible pressure sensor for vehicle detection is lacking. This paper presents a flexible sensor for vehicle sensing and demonstrates a wireless system for monitoring vehicles on the road.

Differential release of manure-borne bioactive phosphorus forms to runoff and leachate under simulated rain.

Limited information exists on the unhindered release of bioactive phosphorus (P) from a manure layer to model the partitioning and transport of component P forms before they reach an underlying soil. Rain simulations were conducted to quantify effects of intensity (30, 60, and 90 mm h) on P release from an application of 60 Mg ha of dairy manure. Runoff contained water-extractable- (WEP), exchangeable and enzyme-labile bioactive P (TBIOP), in contrast to the operationally defined "dissolved-reactive P" form.

A facile and versatile methodology for cysteine specific labeling of proteins with octahedral polypyridyl d⁶ metal complexes.

We have synthesized and characterized four octahedral polypyridyl d(6) metal complexes bearing the 5,6-epoxy-5,6-dihydro-[1,10]phenanthroline ligand (L1) as cysteine specific labeling reagents. The proposed synthetic pathways allow the preparation of the metal complexes containing Re(I), Ru(II), Os(II) and Ir(III) while preserving the epoxide functionality. The complexes were characterized by (1)H and (13)C NMR, mass spectrometry, UV-visible and luminescence spectroscopies as well as cyclic voltammetry.

An efficient light-driven P450 BM3 biocatalyst.

P450s are heme thiolate enzymes that catalyze the regio- and stereoselective functionalization of unactivated C-H bonds using molecular dioxygen and two electrons delivered by the reductase. We have developed hybrid P450 BM3 heme domains containing a covalently attached Ru(II) photosensitizer in order to circumvent the dependency on the reductase and perform P450 reactions upon visible light irradiation. A highly active hybrid enzyme with improved stability and a modified Ru(II) photosensitizer is able to catalyze the light-driven hydroxylation of lauric acid with total turnover numbers of 935 and initial reaction rate of 125 mol product/(mol enzyme/min).
