Objectives: To analyse the clinical presentation, histological type, management, and prognosis of cases diagnosed with uterine sarcomas.
Methodology: This was a hospital-based retrospective study conducted at the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Chennai, and Meenakshi Medical College and RI, Kancheepuram, from 2009 to 2015. Thirty patients who were diagnosed with uterine sarcoma were analysed for type of sarcoma, clinical details, treatment, and prognosis.

Introduction: Complete loss of vision is an uncommon ocular complication of pre-eclampsia/eclampsia. The conditions which lead to visual loss in pre-eclampsia include cortical blindness, retinal detachment, retinal vascular thrombosis and optic nerve atrophy.
Objectives: The objective was to describe the cause, clinical course and prognosis in blindness complicating pre-eclampsia.
Objectives: To analyze the social factors influencing unmarried pregnancies in urban population.
Methodology: Observational study was conducted at the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Chennai, from January 2006 to December 2010. Convenience sampling technique was used, and 115 subjects were interviewed using structured questionnaire.
