Fetus-in-fetu (FIF) is a rare pathological condition, which presents as a congenital tumor, usually in the abdomen or retroperitoneum. A few cases have been reported in the cranial cavity, cervical spine, ovarium, scrotum and liver. We presently report a case of intrapulmonary FIF in a 12-year-old girl who was on treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis and had no symptoms related to the tumor.
