The legal foundations of food safety as a means of providing public healthin globalization.

Objective: Introduction: Human health and the ability to exercise human's natural right to life are directly dependent on the level of food safety. Art. 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948, prescribes the right of every person to such a standard of living, including food, that is necessary to maintain the health and well-being of himself and his family.
