This is a documentary, exploratory, descriptive study, which is part of a multicenter international study assessing the national health systems with a care model based on primary health care of Brazil, Spain, Italy, and Portugal, funded by the Brazilian National Research Council (CNPq, acronym in Portuguese). It aims to identify the basic health legislation, the right to health, and the doctrinal and organizational principles of each country with a focus on the impact of social determinants of health on the national health systems. The results showed these countries have similar legislation and doctrinal principles, with a constitutional right to health, based on primary health care, and with a care model of the family health type.

- A study was conducted to adapt and validate a questionnaire assessing factors influencing smoking cessation education among health professions students in Spain and England.
- Researchers analyzed data from 511 Spanish and 186 English students, validating the questionnaire through expert review, pilot testing, and psychometric evaluation.
- The findings showed a strong factor structure with four subscales reflecting knowledge, attitudes, organizational support, and resources, with high reliability ratings (Cronbach's alpha of .83 for Spanish and .88 for English versions).
Objective: To understand the experiences and challenges faced by professionals working on a street team in Portugal in caring for the vulnerable population from the phenomenological perspective of Alfred Schutz.
Method: Qualitative approach in the light of the theoretical framework of phenomenological Sociology, developed in a street team in the central region of Portugal from phenomenological interviews with five professionals in the months of June and July 2021. The interpretation of the results was analyzed through theoretical conceptions of Alfred Schutz's phenomenological sociology and related literature.
