Synthetic intergeneric amphydiploids and genome-substituted wheat forms are an important source for transferring agronomically valuable genes from wild species into the common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) genome. They can be used both in academic research and for breeding purposes as an original material for developing wheat-alien addition and substitution lines followed by translocation induction with the aid of irradiation or nonhomologous chromosome pairing.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: We enrolled 88 patients (all were males); 77 patients had ACS/STEMI and 11 with ACS/unstable angina. The mean age was (median, interquartile range) was 58 (49-64) years.
The study on the concentration of trace elements in Antarctic krill and in water in the deep areas of the Atlantic sector of the Antarctic was performed. Concentrations of 22 trace elements were studied to determine their spatial distribution in krill, and to assess the accumulation ability of the krill against 8 of them. The trace elements concentration in krill diminished in the following order: Fe > Cu > Zn > Bа > B > Se > As > Cr > Ni > Ag > Li > Mn > V > Mo > Cd > Co > Hg > Be.

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and muscle relaxants (MR) are successfully used to relieve pain, both in monotherapy and in combinations. The use of fixed drug combinations not only greatly facilitates daily clinical practice and increases patient adherence, but due to the potentiation of pharmacological effects, it allows to achieve better treatment results. This paper presents 3 clinical cases of successful inpatient use of a fixed combination of diclofenac 75 mg and orphenadrine 30 mg in the form of an infusion solution (NEODOLPASSE) for relief of acute back musculoskeletal pain syndrome.

Objective: This study aimed to assess subjective sleep and wake disorders (SWD) in patients with osteoarthritis and comorbid end-stage renal disease (ESRD) receiving hemodialysis (ESRD-HD) compared to patients with osteoarthritis and without chronic kidney disease (CKD) as well as to clarify of the association of subjective sleep characteristics with the levels of anxiety and depression and pain, general health score and laboratory parameters in these cohorts.
Material And Methods: This pilot case-control study included the patients with stage III hip osteoarthritis with ESRD-HD (=19) and without CKD (=19) aged 18-85 years. The patients received the consultations of orthopedic surgeon and internal medicine specialist with anthropometry and clinical and biochemical blood tests.
The new data on Pu, Pu, Pu, Am vertical distribution in the deep western Black Sea sediments was analyzed. The sediment dating, obtained by means of Pu/Pu activity ratio vertical distribution, suggested the upper 3 cm layer of sediments to be formed during 27 years after the Chernobyl accident and the deeper layers to be formed earlier in pre-Chernobyl time (before 1986). The whole data set on profiles of radionuclides studied was shown to reflect the history of their input into the basin and elimination of these radionuclides from the water column.

The trends of these radionuclides accumulation by sediments were analyzed. The spatial-temporal changes in the Pu distribution as well as effective half-life for these radionuclides in the Black Sea surface water in deep-sea area are presented.

We studied the efficiency of water treatment by water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) from heavy metals (Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu), as well as a possibility of using water hyacinth biomass obtained during treatment for vermicomposting by Eisenia fetida and the vermicompost quality in a model experiment. The results showed that the concentration of heavy metals in the trials with water hyacinth decreased within 35 days. We introduced water hyacinth biomass to the organic substrate for vermicomposting, which promoted a significant weight gain of earthworms and growth in their number, as well as a 1.

The long-term accumulation trends of these radionuclides were analyzed in components of the Black Sea ecosystem after the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident. Zones that have an increased ability to accumulate these radioisotopes were revealed.

The results of studying nitrogen fixation in organic substrates processed by different ecological groups of earthworms suggest that the earthworms Aporrectoidea caliginosa actively stimulate nonsymbiotic nitrogen fixation. In this respect, they exceed the manure worms Eizenia foetida tens of times due to the formation in the organic substrate of conditions favorable for the nitrogen fixing bacteria, and namely: low content of nitrogen easily accessible for microorganisms, changes in the structure of the microbial community of the substrate in favor of non-spore forms of bacteria, and suppression of the growth of saprophyte bacilli, the main competitors of nitrogen fixing bacteria for carbon nourishment sources.

Of the 63 patients operated on, a long-term results was studied in 39 (62%). The radical operation of Karpenko, Kholtsov, Rusakov have proved to be the most effective.
